Secure payment

Payment shall be made exclusively online, as soon as the order is placed, by bank card only (Master Card, Visa, Maestro or Electron) and via the « PAYPLUG »security payment service and platform.

The Customer guarantees that he/she is fully entitled to use the payment card used, that the latter is valid and gives access to sufficient funds to cover the entire payment of the order..

All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the T.L.S (Transport Layer Security) protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. These certifications guarantee that the operational processes and technical solutions used by PAYPLUG comply with the most demanding criteria in terms of the security of exchanges and the protection of bank data.

PAYPLUG is a third party company, independent of THERMANENCE. At no time do the Customer's bank details pass through THERMANENCE's computer system, so that the latter cannot be held responsible in the event of any malfunctioning of PAYPLUG.
