Shipment of your package

Packages are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of dispatch of your order (valid for France). They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature or in a collection point. Packages can also be shipped via Chronopost and delivered against a signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Your order will be dispatched once your payment has been accepted and certain details have been verified.
For your order to be dispatched the same day, it must be placed, checked and confirmed before 7.00 am, after which it will be dispatched the next working day.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the carrier chosen and the destination. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Shipping costs for Metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM) are free of charge for all orders over 59€ (excluding discounts) except for Express shipments via Chronopost.

Deliveries for countries outside France (Europe and World) are managed by Colissimo and DHL.
